Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were beautiful, funky art deco, very spacious, and comfortable. The service was extremely attentive and accommodating, making us feel more than welcome from the reception to the bar staff. The location was very central and perfect for exploring, although some areas could do with updating. The dining experience was exceptional, with helpful and accommodating waiting staff and delicious Irish produce. Overall, a memorable stay with a few minor areas for improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with dark brown walls and doors, and the beds were cozy. However, I was a bit disappointed by the additional charge for breakfast. The service was exceptional, except for one young lady who wasn't as engaging as the rest, but everyone else from the front desk to the bartenders and housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent in the vibrant Cathedral Quarter, offering a variety of bars and restaurants just steps away. Overall, I enjoyed the facilities and had a delightful time relaxing in the outdoor rooftop Jacuzzi at this beautiful hotel.
My stay at the hotel was incredibly charming. The rooms were so modern, overlooking High St and St; however, the view facing a bar across the road was a bit disruptive. The service, from check-in to the bar staff, was outstanding, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The location, being in the heart of Belfast City Centre with a real old-world winter feel, made it an ideal choice for a special celebration, although finding an excuse to go back might be a challenge. Unfortunately, the dining experience was a letdown, with tasteless food that didn't match the impressive surroundings.
The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms with personal Christmas touches, but they felt a bit crowded with furniture that needed rearranging to avoid bumping into things. The heavy drapes and a wall in front of the window created a rather dark atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with lovely and knowledgeable staff ready to assist in various aspects. The location was vibrant with diverse dining options nearby, but noise from the outside disturbed a good night's sleep. The dining experience was top-notch, especially with attentive and professional staff in the Great Room. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent attention to detail but some areas could use improvement.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of luxury and inconvenience. The rooms were huge and had a fabulous walk-in wardrobe with a Hollywood makeup mirror, but unfortunately, wedding music was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep.
